Dear friends, thank you for visiting our website Biblical Health and Nutrition. Our aim is to equip you with the tools to strengthen your body both physically and spiritually so that you can serve God and fulfil the Great Commission to the best of your ability. We trust the information here will help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight and give you boundless energy to serve the Lord. Please note this is not a diet! (We hate the word ‘diet’. It’s ‘die’ with a ‘t’!) This is a way of eating, what we call the Biblical way of eating.
So, with that thought in mind, please forget about losing weight. This is NOT about losing weight or trying to “look good” but being healthy so that you can serve the LORD without hindrance!!!! By the same token, by doing this (so far) we have found that everyone that did this lost weight. However, we look at that as a side effect not the main goal.
